Why me?
During my almost 15 years in Saas & Tech I have honed my skills in customer success, process optimisation, relationship management, and strategic planning. I have created playbooks from scratch, built new teams, set new strategies, improved existing processes and workflows, reported to all levels within a business as well as managed large books of business.
I have a very keen eye for what does and does not work well when it comes to all customer facing teams and their day to day tasks.
Some of what I have helped businesses with over the years:
✨ A solo entrepreneur needed to document and organise his thoughts, ideas, and strategies. During a full-day workshop, I streamlined his sales strategy, yearly goals, and methods for achieving them and documented effectively and easy digest for anyone new coming into his business. Additionally, I documented the general business processes as well as improved and clarified his customer-facing contracts to better highlight his products and services.
✨ A B2B influencer marketing company who had difficulties with customer onboarding aimed to establish a top-notch onboarding process suitable for their SaaS company. I developed a Playbook for onboarding and implementation, established customer feedback processes, ensured correct billing information collection, implemented automated processes for the CSM team, and enhanced their NPS strategy and response rates. Ended up saving up to 14 hours per month on onboarding tasks and processes alone.
✨ A care home digital marketing agency felt they didn’t knew what to do post the initial 30 days onboarding and Go-Live. I created a Customer Success Playbook guide for them to support their ongoing success with their customers.
✨ A new start-up in management coaching and wellbeing space needed help with their customer onboarding. After conducting interviews with all internal stakeholders I created a comprehensive documents for them to be able to plug & play straight away into their Project Management tools, briefs for the design team on what was required for customer facing assets as well as a very thorough Customer Onboarding & Success Playbook which gave them their exact process as well as best practice tips along with clear advice on what collateral would be required to be created per step of the process.
✨ A small business owner wanted to start a business podcast to help educate but also share tips & tricks for people starting a new business, and all that you have to navigate through that. I provided advice and shared templates which made the getting started a breeze and kicked any feelings of overwhelm and uncertainty.
