My reason for starting another blog about parenting amongst the hundreds of thousands out there?

The truth?

I’m gonna have to write down some of all the millions of things spinning around in my head to not go insane. So mainly therapy for me.

Selfish? Hells to the yes!

But if even one person out there get to have a sigh of relief that he or she isn’t alone in the absolute rollercoaster of an amazing, exhausting and petrifying ride that parenting is – I’m a happy hippo!

Initially I’m thinking of writing about anything from my experience of breastfeeding and formula feeding. Sleep deprivation. First time our son got ill and the panic that was(spoiler alert: it was all fine. He was fine). To tips and ideas and probably a lot of the times me asking for help/tips/ideas. I’ll also share any tips and ideas I’ve received that I find good or maybe just food for thought.

My name is Sofia, but almost everyone I know calls me Fia. My boyfriend and partner in crime, no I mean life, is Jack and our beautiful and amazing baby boy is Alfie. We also have the best fluff ball of a dog called Milo. We all live in London, UK. I am Swedish and moved here for the second time (maybe more about that in a post?) in 2017.
